2006 CHRISTMAS FUND
Each year Local 365 contributes money to charitable
organizations and people in need. Local 365 does this in an
effort to bless others who are less fortunate than us to have
been blessed with good union jobs and wages.
Operation Reach
Operation Reach is a non-profit organization that
has been helping children and their families each Christmas
season for the past 29 years. Each season the organization
asks K-8 teachers to choose children whose families need help
for the holidays. The children are then taken to shop for
gifts for each member of their family. Operation Reach
accomplishes this each Christmas season through charitable
donations and the help of many volunteers who assist the
children with their shopping.
I just wanted to thank the Local Union for there
support of
this origination and for allowing me the privilege of giving
the money
to Operation Reach.
