The meeting was called to order at 7:15PM, by Pres. Blankenship. Danny Melton and JR Cox were absent, all other officers present.

BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

-         Letter concerning 4th quarter per capita payment to Trades and Labor Council for annual employees of TVA.

-         payment to Anderson County Foster Care Christmas Fund.

-         payment to John Sevier Christmas Fund.

-         payment to Kingston Christmas Fund.

-         Letter from B. Klein concerning help for Phil Seals in his terminal illness.

-         Letter from B. Klein concerning survey @ University of Arkansas.

-         Letter from K. Craig concerning a grievance for Jerry Poore.

-         Letter for receipt of IBEW political fund check.

-         Letter from J. Walters concerning 100% union collection in 2006.

-         Letter from K. Craig concerning 11-6-06 annual trades and labor council pre-wage data meeting.

-         Union world Magazine.

-         Letter from B. Klein concerning check to John Litz Tenn. 10th Dist. House of Rep.

-         Letter from J. Walters concerning committee to elect Robert Rochelle.

-         Letter from Paul Gass concerning Make A Wish Foundation. A 7-year-old boy with a brain tumor collecting cards for the largest collection of business cards to go into the Guinness Book of World Records.

-         A collection was taken for Phil Seals. A collection will be taken up again in Dec.

-         Bill for R. Mustard for labor strategy meeting 1day’s wages.

-         Bill for D. Turner for trades and labor council meeting 1 day’s wages.

-         Bill for J.R. Cox for meeting over multi-skill interviews.

-         Bill for S. Cox for 2 days Electrical trainee interviews at Kingston and 1 day Joint Training Yard Operations at Nashville .

-         Bill for L.D. Blankenship for 4 hrs at EEO hearing in Chattanooga plus mileage and parking, flowers for Mike Mayfield’s mother and phone bill.

REPORTS OF THE E-BOARD:

-         Wage data conference 1st week of Dec. 6,7&8.

-         Discussed 2 grievances in progress.

-         Bull Run filed HIR over giving work to GUMBK.

PROPOSITION OF NEW MEMBERSHIP:

-         Jamie Cox at Norris Hydro Plant.

REPORTS OF DELEGATES AND COMMITTEES:

-         R. Mustard election news support for Harold Ford Jr.

REPORTS OF ACCIDENTS, SICKNESS OR DEATHS:

-         Phil Seals passed away.

-         Roger Mustard Jr motorcycle accident.

-         Mike Soderburg’s daughter had an auto wreck.

-         Sharon Stewart retired disability.

-         Harold Wolfe knee replacement.

NEW BUISNESS:

-         Day planners for 2007.

-         Requirement for CCDO’s @ Kingston for a 2-year degree to be hired permanent TVA sees Steve or JR Cox for more information.

-         Bull Run CCDO’s to unbolt trains coming into the plant.

GOOD OF THE UNION:

-         Travis Grizzle won the door.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:05PM. The next meeting is scheduled for Dec. 5, 2006.
