The meeting was called to order @ 7:30PM by President L.D. Blankenship. All officers were present.

COMMUNICATIONS AND BILLS:

-         2 Letters from Jon Walters concerning panel fund.

-         Letter from Keith Craig concerning panel meeting on Weds. Nov. 2, 2005.

-         AFL-CIO Labor counsel board meeting minutes.

-         Letter from Ed Hill concerning DOT regulations for outside construction.

-         Received check from IBEW local 270.

-         Letter concerning taking action against Sprint/Nextel suggested switching to Cingular and AT&T.

-         Travis Grizzle 1 days wage for panel meeting 11-02-05.

-         L.D. Blankenship phone bill, 1 days wage and meals for him and Bob Tice.

REPORTS OF THE E-BOARD:

-         Re-ordering larger size t-shirts.

-         Boone Hydro grievance being progressed.

-         Union referrals for CCDO @ Bull Run.

-         Ask the body about ordering lapel pins for local, body approved 500.

PROPOSITION OF MEMBERSHIP:

-         Honorary withdraw for Billy McLain (retirement).

REPORTS OF ACCIDENTS, SICKNESS OR DEATHS

-         Phil Seals gives voice of thanks for all support.

-         Richard Meade Tech II @ Norris diagnosed with melanoma in blood.

-         Laughton Seals had 3 bypasses and other heart work.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

-         List of personnel needs paper work to J.R. Cox for dues.

REPORTS OF DELEGATES AND OFFICERS:

-         Insurance rate changes for 2006.

o       Co-pay family - $174, Individual - $86

o       80/20 family- $80, Individual - $46

o       Customer driven family - $26, Individual - $14

-         All travel will be flat rate and must keep receipts.

-         Bellefonte Nuclear Plant complete demolition all but cooling towers and rebuild with partner.

NEW BUSINESS:

-         Keith Craig spoke to body about level of representation for our members from the panel of 365 officers.

-         Discussion on referral process for Hydro training (currently no positions open).

GOOD OF THE UNION:

-         Michael Soderburg won the door prize.
