  The meeting was called to order by Pres. Blankenship @ 7:20PM . Danny Turner and Danny Melton were absent all other officers present.

BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

-         Letter from David Beckler concerning grievance for Jerry Poore.

-         Motion made and second for $200 to Easter Seals for Cody Newton

-         Letter from Jerry Lee- for assessment fee payment.

-         Letter from Bobby Klein- IBEW Political Education Fund (Bob Rochelle).

-         Letter from Bobby Klein-IBEW Political Education Fund (Harold Ford).

-         Letter from Keith Craig- panel meeting on October 4, 2006 in Nashville .

-         Letter from Keith Craig- for mediation case for Donald Morris.

-         John Walters- receipt for check to COPE.

-         Bill for Roger Mustard.

-         Bill for Lloyd Blankenship.

-         Bill for Steve Cox.

-         Bill for JR Cox.

-         Handed out all returned letters.

-         Everyone should verify address if moved recently.

E-BOARD

            -   Voted to carry Jerry Poore’s grievance to mediation.

            -   Discussion on termination case at Kingston .

            -   E-Board voted to send Bob Rochelle $200, brought before the body and

                approved.

            -  John Litz approval $200 if on labor “good” list.

            -  Roger Mustard gave a report on the National Convention.

REPORTS OF ACCIDENTS, SICKNESS AND DEATHS:  

-         Update on S. Stewart, taking disability retirement.

-         Update on P. Seals, doing good and in therapy.

NEW BUSINESS

-         Discussed Lab in Chattanooga cutting jobs and sending work to St. Louis .

GOOD OF THE UNION :

-         Fred Phillips won door prize.
