- The U.S. Fourth
Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned an earlier decision by a district
court in western North Carolina that had ruled four of TVA’s coal-fired
plants were public nuisances. The appeals court also instructed the
lower court in North Carolina to dismiss the case. The Fourth Circuit
decision also removes emissions limitations the district court had imposed
on TVA’s Bull Run, Kingston, John Sevier and Widows Creek plants.

of positions if you have interest. More information will be given closer
to election time.
