Pres. L.D. Blankenship called the meeting to order @7:20PM. All officers were present.

COMMUNICATIONS AND BILLS:

-         Letter from International President concerning member survey to be returned.

-         Letter from K. Craig concerning wage negotiations along with survey forms.

-         Letter from K. Craig concerning upcoming panel & council meeting date & time.

-         Letter from B. Klein concerning the death of Jack Barry.

-         J.R. Cox union business 1 day’s wages.

-         Mike Soderburg union business 2 days wages.

-         Bob Tice union business 1 day’s wages.

-         L.D. Blankenship Meals & tips for AFL-CIO Convention, 2 days wages, & phone bill. Minus double charge for flowers for Nance’s dad.

-         R Mustard Sr attendance to AFL-CIO convention 2 days wages, 2 nights room & car rental.

-         R. Mustard attendance to AFL-CIO convention 2 days wages & 2 nights room.

-         S. Cox for flowers for of death of Vincent Johnson’s mother.

-         K. Cornett panel meeting 1 day’s wages.

-         J. Hall panel meeting 1 day’s wages & mileage.

-         G. Horsely panel meeting 1day’s wages.

REPORTS OF THE E-BOARD:

-         Discussed paying rent in full for extended period of time.

PROPOSITION FOR NEW MEMBERS:

-         The following people requests membership. Motion made and seconded.

REPORTS OF DELEGATES AND COMMITTEES:

-         R. Mustard discussed happenings from the AFL-CIO convention.

-         R. Mustard Sr. discussed government elected representation voting record & where money went toward support on labor issues.

-         J. Hall discussed happenings from previous panel meeting.

REPORTS OF ACCIDENTS, SICKNESS OR DEATHS:

-         Jimmy Vance

-         Phil Seals will be on leave donation.

NEW BUSINESS:

-         Red, Blue & Black T-shirts available for $15.00

GOOD OF THE UNION:

-         R. Mustard Sr. discussed Knox. Area Labor Day picnic happenings.

-         Door prize won by R. Mustard Sr.

-         Motion made & seconded to send money to Katrina’s victims for amt. of $500.00. Check web site for actual distribution of funds (www.ibew365.org).
