gave report on the 4-14 panel meeting. -

Fletcher gave report on the Upper East Tenn. CLC meeting. He also
discussed the attempt to invite political candidates to an upcoming
meeting for questions and answers. This is trying to be set up for the
July meeting prior to the start of the scheduled time. REPORTS
