Vice Pres. Turner called the meeting to order at 7:15PM. J.R. Cox and Danny Melton were absent, all other officers were present.

BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

- Reimbursement Request Steve Cox 1 Day LWOP for stewards meeting

- Reimbursement Request Mike Soderburg 1 Day LWOP for stewards meeting

- Reimbursement Request JR Cox for BA travel and Business

- Reimbursement Request Tim Wilkey 1 day pay for Panel Meeting

- Roger Mustard 1 Day pay for LM3 Tax prep

REPORTS OF DELEGATES AND COMMITTEES:

- Roger Mustard Discussed house bill 765 to pass a free choice act. Contact state leg Stacey Campfield.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

- Tim Wilkey Running for Retirement Board.

- Discussion for annual Smokey ball game/picnic. Game on Sat May 24^th @ 7:00 up to 4 tickets will be provided, no food will be provided.

- Local 365 elections are coming up for all officers and e-board positions. Nominations will be taken at the May meeting with the election held at the June meeting. Absentee ballots will be available you will need to see your job steward for that information.
