The meeting was called to order @ 7:10PM , by L.D. Blankenship. All officers were present.

BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

-         R. Mustard for State Electrical Workers meeting on 2-3-06 1 days wages, mileage and 2 meals.

-         J. R. Cox 3 days wages and mileage for union representation for SGPO interviews at Kingston Fossil Plant.

-         L.D. Blankenship phone bill; 1 days wages, mileage for IBEW panel meeting; mileage adjustment for January panel meeting.

-         Received check from Local 760.

-         Letter from Local 429 National Safety Council spring meeting.

-         Letter from J. Walters concerning Cope fund payment.

-         Letter from K. Craig concerning representation on TVA health and safety committee.

-         Letter discussing panel meeting on March 13 in Chattanooga .

-         AFL-CIO financial statement.

-         Letter from J. Lee concerning 104^th General Assembly’s second session.

-         Letter from J. Lee asking for support of Kenny Smith in upcoming election.

-         Letter from E. Hill concerning National Safety Council labor division spring meeting will be held on May 21-24, 2006 .

-         Letter from E. Hill concerning copy of settlement agreement on New York vs. Stone Enterprises false advertisement.

-         Letter from K. Craig to P. Hairston concerning grievance for Kingston Fossil Plant employee.

-         IBEW cookbook & apron order forms see Chico .

REPORTS OF THE E-BOARD:

-         Discussed ongoing grievances.

-         If you travel for the Union you must fill out a W-4 (see J. R. Cox).

REPORTS OF DELEGATES & COMMITEES:

-         R. Mustard gave report on the last State Electrical Workers meeting.

-         R. Mustard discussed upcoming linemen rodeo in Dixon , TN on June 23-24. If interested please see Chico or Roger Mustard.

-         J.R. Cox gave an update on Safety procedure 613.

ACCIDENTS, SICKNESS OR DEATHS:

-         Johnny Roberts’s wife passed away.

-         Erwin Jeffers passed away.

-         L.D. Blankenship won the door prize.
