Pres. Turner called the meeting to order at 7:43PM.  All officers present.
BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

  1. Letter from Ed Hill concerning Online Organizing Library.
  2. Letter from Keith Craig concerning panel meeting in March.
  3. Letter from Keith Craig concerning Dates and Sites for TVA and T&L Council 74th Annual wage meeting for 2009.
  4. Letter from Keith Craig concerning Six grievances appealed to Labor Relations.
  5. Letter from Robert p. Klien concerning ICS software training in Nashville.
  6. Letter from Ed Hill concerning Checking employee license plate numbers to identify employees in organizing Dr. (Do not use plate numbers to obtain personal information).
  7. Letter from David Beckler concerning Jeff May grievance.
  8. Request for reimbursement to Danny Turner for 1 day wages and mileage to attend Panel Meeting in Nashville.
  9. Request for reimbursement to Fred Phillips for 8hrs to attended panel meeting.
  10. Request for reimbursement to Ronny Fletcher to attend 10th Dist. Political conf..
  11. Request for reimbursement to Jason Melton for 10 hrs for Grievance meeting at Bull Run.

  1. Discussion on 1 year trial for moving the meeting to different locations throughout the year. They will be in Knoxville, Morristown & Roane County.
  2. Discussion on Recording Secretary being deployed and how to fill this on a temporary basis.
  3. Grievance for Jeff May voted to Mediate.

  2. B.M. Training on March 17,18,19, & 20
  3. Purchase lunch for Job Steward training on March 14.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

  1. Artwork for Local T Shirts shown and chosen .
  2. T&L council and TVA to meet to discuss Multi Skill and Foreman classification.
  3. Expense and Procedure policy in draft status. .

NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Agreed to purchase Bibles for death of members and family.
  2. Agreed to purchase T Shirts for running races
  3. Agreed to sponsor Little League Baseball Team.

GOOD OF THE UNION:

  1. American Income Life Insurance Rep to attend April meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:35PM. The next meeting is scheduled for April 7th, 2009 at Knoxville.
