Pres. L.D. Blankenship called the meeting to order at 7:13PM . Danny Turner was absent all other officers were present.

BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

-         S. Cox 1 days wage for Union Business @ Kingston FP for Coal handling issues.

-         L.D. Blankenship 5.5 hrs wages and mileage for grievance hearing @ Boone HP, 1 hrs wages for grievance hearing @ Bull Run FP, 1 days wages and mileage for IBEW panel and Council meeting in Nashville.

-         Tom Veracha and Assoc. for pins, set-up and shipping.

-         Tami Roy submitted letter of resignation from the E- Board.

-         Letter from P. Hairston concerning grievance on employee selection @ Kingston FP Yard Ops for electrician.

-         AFL-CIO meeting minutes.

-         Letter from J. Walters concerning political fund payment of $102 received.

-         Letter from B. Klein concerning notification of a meeting for TSEWA.

-         Letter from E. Hill concerning election of delegates to 37^th IBEW convention.

-         Letter from K. Craig concerning panel fund check.

-         Letter from K. Craig concerning referral list.

-         Letter from B. Klein concerning Tenn. Labor-Management winter conference.

-         Letter from E. Hill concerning 2006 IBEW Utility Conference.

-         Letter from K. Craig concerning Panel and Council meeting.

-         TSEWA dues are up for renewal.

-         Letter from E. Hill concerning Katrina relief fund.

-         Letter from J. Walters for receipt of  Cope fund payment.

-         AFL-CIO general fund financial statement.

-         Letter from United Way concerning Union counseling UCAN classes.

-         Letter from P. Hairston concerning grievance on behalf of a Tech III and job steward @ Boone Hydro.

-         Letter from Local 474 concerning raffle for TV and HD motorcycle.

-         Discussion on Safety procedure 613.

-         Bellafonte Nuclear Plant construction begins Jan. 2008 with a completion date of 2010.

-         TVA updating records for OWCP (light duty, restrictions etc.).

REPORTS OF THE E- BOARD:

-         E-Board nominates Roger Mustard Sr to replace Tami Roy.

-         Grievance @ Kingston FP voted to carry to mediation.

-         Grievance @ Boone Hydro voted not to be carried further.

-         70 year Anniversary is not until 2008.

SICKNESS, INJURY AND DEATHS:

-         Lynn Mayes had surgery.

GOOD OF THE UNION :

-         AFL-CIO application for community service awards for individuals.

-         Letter from D. Black of United Way of Knoxville Union council class dates.

-         Recommendment was made to watch a movie called Enron, Smartest Guys, it‘s concerning deregulation.

-         J.R. Cox won the door prize.

The meeting was adjourned @ 8:20PM. The next meeting is scheduled for March 7, 2006.
