Recording Sec. Melton called the meeting to order at 7:20PM. J.R. Cox and Danny Turner were absent, all other officers present.

BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

- Bill from Jason Melton for travel to Panel Meeting on 2-4-08

- Bill from JR Cox for panel meeting on 2-4-08, and phone bill and fin. Salary

- Danny Melton 2 days pay for Membership development training in Murfreesboro on 2-25&26-08

- Speaker Debbie Black AFL-CIO Community Services Liaison talked about health care and united way.

- Letter from TN AFL-CIO Labor council requesting each local to send a couple of names to attend state legislature during this session.

- Letter from Knox-Oak Ridge Area Central Labor Council thanking everyone for their support for Labor Lunch rally.

- Letter from TN State Electrical Workers Association concerning the first quarter dues for 2008.

- Letters from Debbie Black with United Way.

- Newsletter from Unionworld paper.

- Letter from Keith Craig about Robert McLeroy Grievance.

- Thank you card from Cynthia Scott 10^th district for supporting her once again.

- E-Board discussion on replace two members.
