Pres. Cox called the meeting to order at 7:15PM.  All Officers were Present.

BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

-         Letter from Bobby Klein reminder Union Plus Scholarship Program  application deadline is January, 31^st 2008

-         Letter from Keith Craig survey needing the number of annual TVA employees in bargaining unit.

-         Letter from E. Hill concerning the upcoming IBEW Utility Conference in Seattle Washington August 11-13^th, 2008.

-         Letter from J. Walters concerning receipt of COPE payment.

-         Request for reimbursement for J.R. Cox; F.S. Training salary; 1 Day LWOP on December 17^th for Mediation & expenses for mediation; wage negotiation strategy meeting meals; postage and phone bill.

-         Request for reimbursement for T. Wilkey postage for Treasurer 

-         American Life Insurance News Letter for November and December 2007.

-         Motion made to have $200.00 for Labor 2008 Rally & Lunch. Made out to Knox-O.R. CLC; Labor Council ED. Program, Freshman Scholarship Program, Comm. Service fund.

NEW BUSINESS:

-         Union Dues increase A members increased $1.50 BA members increased $.50.

GOOD OF THE UNION :

-         L.D. Blankenship won the door prize

The meeting was adjourned at 8:35PM. The next meeting is scheduled for Feb 5^th, 2008.
