BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS: - M. Soderburg 1 days wage for annual wage conference 12-8-2005 - D. Darnell 1 days wage for annual wage conference 12-8-2005 - L.D. Blankenship phone bill, 1 days wage for 2 grievance hearings, minus 1 days wage for advance payment on annual wage conference amt. - S. Cox for IBEW 365 website amt - S. Cox paid reimbursement for prepayment for annual wage conference amt. - Notice of dues increase for 2006 ‘A’ members $33.90 ‘BA’ members $22.60 per month. - J.R. Cox for domain name for website. - Invoice for Union made pocket calendars amt - Invoice for Union t-shirts amt. - Union world newspaper was received. - L.D. Blankenship has the Local 365 by-laws on disc. - Letter from K. Craig concerning the introduction of safety procedure #613 (Clearance Procedure to Safely Control Hazardous Energy Using Group Tagout) by John Long into the TVA Safety Manual. - Letter from K. Craig concerning membership checklist form for accountability of TVA annual employees. REPORTS OF E-BOARD: - Discussed grievance hearings coming up. - Any ideas for the 70 year celebration can be given to any officer or e-board member for consideration. REPORTS OF DELEGATES AND COMMITTEES: - R. Mustard discussed the Central Labor Council’s latest meeting had enough attendance for a valid meeting to ratify some issues. REPORTS OF ACCIDENTS, SICKNESS OR DEATHS: - Willis Bruce passed away. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- J.R. Cox made a brief statement about the accident team investigation for the death of Brother Tom Bostic. A full report will be available soon. - J.R. Cox needs to speak with the following members about membership information: - Martin Lane - Elmer Lane - Michael D Potter - Sharon Stewart (Victor Pacheco and Andrew C Williams) GOOD OF THE UNION: - Pres. Blankenship replied to a statement made that we as a body need to be aware of the things we do not to harm the image of Unions. - L.D. Blankenship won the door prize.
